National Cat Day 2016

Saturday is National Cat Day, where the United Kingdom celebrate their moggies and felines. Why?

Cats, along with dogs, are the most popular domesticated animal (although some owners will says cats are never domesticated) but along with popularity comes a lot of abuse. The Cats Protection take in 100s of abused and abandoned cats each year, so this day is to make people aware of animal cruelty which is sadly so prevalent in Britain.

Are you a cat person, or a dog person? Let us know below!
