We made the most of the sunshine again yesterday and took our learning outdoors to explore the concept of area. We had fun drawing around our friends and using objects to measure the surface area of our shapes. Some of us drew houses and castles to measure too! We applied our learning back in the classroom today by using smaller objects to measure the area of shapes in our workbooks.
