We all had a great day celebrating World Book Day today. We braved the snow and came into school wearing some amazing costumes. We also had a book swap so everyone in the class got a new book to take home.

Sadie had a dance competition over the long weekend and earned lots of medals. Well done Sadie!

We have been working really hard in our practical maths using 2D and 3D shapes.

Our challenge this week was to create lots of different patterns without leaving spaces using lots of different things such as the smartboard and plastic shapes. 

We have had an excellent time learning about Islam in class. Sherin brought in her prayer rug and told us all about her religion. Its great to have an expert in the class.

We had a great time at our school ceilidh today! We danced the Military Two Step and then taught the Primary 5s how to do it too.

Primary 3 went outside with Miss Roberts, Mrs Leslie and Mrs Lumsden to learn how we can use our outdoor space in maths and language.

It was chilly outside but we all had a great time!!
