The children did very well in all the sports they competed in on Tuesday. Well done Primary 1!

Thank you to our wonderful monitors for helping us on the day.

We had a great time visiting the animals at Doonies Farm this week. Farmer Alice told us lots of interesting facts about the animals. We enjoyed feeding the pig, sheep and ponies.

Growing Cress

Sound of the week: ck

We have been learning about the life cycle of a sunflower. We know that plants need water and sunshine to make them grow. We planted cress seeds and are excited to watch the seeds change.

Some of the primary 3 children came to read their fairytales to us. We were very impressed and loved looking at all their beautiful illustrations.

A magic story carpet arrived in our classroom today! We read the story Meerkat Mail on it and made giant postcards to send back to our friend Vassily the meerkat.
