Cineworld Outing

What a wonderful morning we had today at Cineworld, Union Square watching the new How to Train Your Dragon Movie! We all loved the movie and the children were a credit to Abbotswell with their excellent behaviour! 😃

Pupil of the Week

Congratulations to Natalia on her Pupil of the Week Award! Natalia has been working very hard this week and did an excellent effort with her artwork! She used the technique of  pointillism to create this beautiful unicorn! Well done Natalia! We are proud of you!

World Book Day 2019

What a wonderful day we had today celebrating World Book Day! The classroom was a sea of colour with all the great costumes! We enjoyed taking part in lots of fun activities this morning including Interactive IPad Stories, Puppets, Bookmark designing, Book Character tracing and watching some stories come alive on the big screen! We finished off the day with a whole school get together and a fancy dress parade. Here are some pictures of our fun filled day!

Pupil of the Week

Congratulations to Logan on being awarded Pupil of the Week on Friday! Logan was showing very good listening skills last week and was putting lots of effort into all of his tasks. It was great to see Logan feeling so proud about his success! Keep up the super work Logan!

ABC Music

What a wonderful afternoon we had on Friday with Phil from ABC music. We enjoyed exploring beats and rhythms with our percussion instruments. A few of us even had the chance to be conductors!

Pupil of the Week

Huge congratulations to Colin on his Pupil of the Week award! Colin was working extremely hard in the gym this week. He was listening very well to instructions and showing excellent throwing and catching skills. Keep up the great effort Colin! We are proud of you!

Pupil of the Week

Huge congratulations to Antony on his Pupil of the Week Award! We love the interest and enthusiasm Antony always shows in his learning. He listens well and follows instructions carefully. This week, he did a wonderful job with his paper weaving activity to create a lovely Scottish tartan! We are so proud of you Antony –  Keep up the great work!
