Over the past few months, we have been undertaking a wide-ranging consultation to refresh our school and nursery vision, values and aims, ensuring they truly reflect our whole campus community.

In August 2025, we began this work with the full staff team across pre-5, primary and secondary, using dedicated activities to explore what matters most to us as a learning community and what we want our shared future to look like.

During September and October, all children and young people across the campus took part in Imagine If activities. These sessions gave learners the opportunity to share their views on their school and nursery, what helps them feel happy, supported and motivated, and what they believe is most important for their learning and wellbeing.

In October and November, we extended the consultation to include parents, carers and partners, inviting them to participate in Imagine If activities and share their perspectives on our strengths, values and aspirations for the future.

Throughout November and December, all feedback from staff, children and young people, parents, carers and partners was carefully collated and reviewed. From this, we have developed some initial ideas for our refreshed vision, values and aims. These ideas have now been shared with staff for further feedback, ensuring we continue to build them collaboratively.

We are excited to confirm that our new vision, values and aims will be launched in January 2026. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed so thoughtfully to this process. Your voices are shaping a shared direction that reflects who we are and what we aspire to be as a campus community.
