Located in the heart of Rothesay on the Isle of Bute, our campus opened in 2007 and brings together a vibrant learning community for children and young people from 0–18 years. As a non-denominational, comprehensive campus, we are committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive and ambitious educational experience for all.

In addition, Argyll College shares our campus, offering a further breadth of learning pathways and opportunities.

Rothesay Academy works closely with its three associated primary schools—Rothesay Primary, St Andrew’s Primary, and North Bute Primary—ensuring smooth transitions, strong relationships, and a continuous learning journey.
