Red Deer

The Red Deer is Britain`s largest deer and mammal. 

An adult Red Deer can reach a mass of 200kgs. 

Deer in tall grass.

A baby deer known as a calf, or a fawn is born with a spotted coat to provide camouflage from predators or threats. 

Usually, hinds live with their young in groups, unlike stags who live in groups of fewer or no deer.
