The children have been learning the numbers to twenty in French. They have played a number of games to reinforce these.

P6A have been learning to construct sentences with nouns and verbs they know in French.

Important information for all swimmers at WL schools heats at Deans Castle. All swimmers should be there for 8.45. Swimmers must sign in before going through to the changing village.

Swimmers who achieve qualifying times for Scottish Schools finals in January must select their swims before leaving the meet. 12 & under 1 x 50m. 13 & over can enter 2 swims one must be 200+ ages are at 31/12/2017

Good luck to all Uphall Swimmers

On Tuesday the 8th of November P6A went on a trip to the Oatridge Hotel.  We got a warm welcome by Vivian as soon as we walked in. When we got in we got split into groups of eleven (11).One group went with Gordon to plan a fake party and the other group went with Laura to set the tables (the posh way). We also went with Gordon to plan  a party only having a budget of £150. Then with Laura we were shown what all the plates and cutlery were all for then we had to remember where to put them and set our own table with a partner.
