You may be wondering why so many people in P6/7 are wearing odd socks – and no, we didn’t get dressed in the dark! We’re wearing odd socks because this week is Anti-Bullying week. The odd socks represent that it’s ok to be different and differences should be celebrated.

Anti-bullying Week – Odd Sock Friday
In support of Anti-Bullying week, and to celebrate the fact that we are all unique, pupils are welcome to wear odd socks to school tomorrow.
Children in Need
The total amount raised this year for Children in Need was a massive £624.95. Thank you once again to all who contributed.
P7 Children in Need
A HUGE big thank you to everyone who handed in home baking this week to be sold at the P7 Pudsey Stall. The stall was a great success and all cakes and cookies sold out! The money is still being counted so the final total of how much was raised will be posted next week. Well done to all the competition winners too.
P6 WW1 Tunnel Books for sale
Pupils in P6 successfully created Tunnel Books depicting scenes from WW1.
They displayed these at our recent Passchendaele showcase and some were purchased by parents/guardians.
We would like to ensure that all parents/guardians are aware that they can purchase their child’s tunnel book for £1.
All money raised will got to Poppy Scotland.
If you are interested in purchasing a tunnel book please send the money with your child by Friday 17th November 2017.
Thank you.
