P1M Dinosaur Assembly

I am extremely proud of each and every one of you in P1M-you worked so hard to remember your lines, words to the songs and the dance moves!  You looked fantastic-the excitement of dressing up for Comic Relief didn’t affect your performance.  You have absolutely loved learning about dinosaurs this term and wowed your audience with lots of facts and dinosaur information.

Look out there’s a dinosaur behind you!

The ‘Palaentologists’ had lots of fun digging for dinosaur bones and examining them.

The Dinosaur Stomp was very popular with our audience today-maybe you could teach someone at home our dinosaur moves!

Dinosaurs Everywhere!

Primary 1S enjoyed watching their friends in Primary 1M performing their dinosaur assembly this morning. Well done. We loved the singing and dancing!

There are dinosaurs everywhere in Primary 1 at the moment. Here are some more of our dioramas. One of them even has a real egg in it!

Dinosaurs Everywhere in Primary 1S

Today we have had more dioramas. Aren’t they great? We are enjoying hearing how the children are making them at home.

We also made our own skeleton pictures using different sizes of straws against black cardboard. We looked at the features of a skeleton and before we got our glue, we practised moving the straws on the card to find where the best place would be.

Here we are being busy! There are some skeletons for you to look at too.
