P4 have been working very hard this week, especially at developing their reading and being great role models!
This week, we have been learning to be a clarifier in reading! We learned to look for context clues within the text, to reread a passage or ask someone in our group. Then, we learned to look for words in a dictionary to clarify it’s meaning.
P4 have been thoroughly enjoying learning about the Romans. We looked at the Romans in Britain timeline and enjoyed learning about it. We worked in groups to sequence events from earliest to latest. Then we showed this learning in our jotters.
In PE, we developed skills in controlling the
ball on different body parts and working with our learning partners.
