Good morning P3/4, what another beautiful day!  Here are some activities for today.

Maths Task

Learning Intention – To recap on number doubles and trebles.

Success Criteria – I know that to double a number I multiply by 2 and to treble I multiply by 3.

I can mentally double and treble numbers to complete the task.

Task 1– Revise doubles and trebles by thinking of a number up to 10 and tossing a coin, if it’s heads double the number, if it’s tails, treble the number. Repeat with other numbers.

Literacy Task

Learning Intention – To discuss similarities and differences between my life and a child in Africa.

Success Criteria – I can summarise the important points from a text.
