It has been a quick week for Primary 1 with a holiday Monday and an in service, but we’ve still managed to pack in lots of fun!

Tickled Pink

• We had our rights day today where we got to go around different classrooms to do activities linked with our rights. We particularly loved the obstacle course  and the smoothie bike to make our own healthy smoothies!
• We enjoyed searching the playground for different bugs during outdoor learning this week. We used information we have been learning for our topic to think about where we might find different insects.
• We have been learning to name parts of our body in French and even learned to sing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes in french!

Green for Growth

• We are continuing to practice our school value, respectful, to show good sitting and listening on the carpet and to take turns when speaking to others.

Our Lead Learners this week are Charlotte and Lucie!
