Tickled Pink

• P6s enjoyed their trip to Whitburn Swimming pool for their swimming assessment. They got to have some fun in the water and even danced the Macarena!
• For maths we started learning about area of shapes and that we need to add a tiny 2 after cm to show that it means cm squared.
• In literacy we played a new game called ‘Vocabularious’ where we had to match ambitious words to their pictures.

Green for Growth

• Continuing to work on spelling and taking our time to sound out and use our existing knowledge.
• We are are going to keep trying with the times tables and using the inverse for division. We begun a new game called ‘Fizz Buzz’ to help us learn the multiples of different numbers.

No lead learners this week since it is a holiday next week.
