Tickled Pink-

  •  We enjoyed exploring Dean Burn gardens this week. We had fun climbing trees, building dens and just exploring the woods.
  • We learnt more about St Andrew during literacy in preparation for St Andrew’s Day tomorrow. We also used this as an opportunity to practice how we take information from a question to answer in full sentences.
  • During writing, we imagined how our day would go if we were shrunk down to the size of an insect. Everyone had different ideas about where they were setting their story.

Green for Growth-

  • Some of our groups were working on co-ordinates this week in maths. We found it a little tricky making sure that we had drawn the graphs correctly and connecting the co-ordinate points.
  • We struggled this week to get as much of our enterprise topic completed as we had wanted to. We had hoped to all be starting our instruction manuals this week however a number of groups didn’t get this started.

Our lead learners this week are Jason and Ben.
