Tickled Pink:

  • As part of Scottish Book week, we enjoyed reading outdoors in unusual places and drop everything and read in class.
  • We have started planning our enterprise idea and have decided to create a design and instruction manual for the P2/3 class to follow and build. We broke up into our groups this week and decided on our design.
  • A couple of our classmates decided they wanted to use their Cooper Cash to pay to be the teacher in class. We had a lesson on drawing 2D and 3D shapes as well as a writing lesson where we had to write about a sports person in 50 words. We have more planned for next week as well.

Green for growth

  • In maths, some of us were learning about plotting coordinates. We found reading the coordinates quite easy however we did struggle a little with making sure the coordinates were on the lines instead of in the boxes.
  • We were practising our French Numbers this week, a lot of us had forgotten our previous French number knowledge so we had to recap these before we move on to larger numbers.

Our lead learners this week are Zac and Frankie.
