Tickled Pink:

  • It was Challenge Poverty Week and we learnt a little bit about what poverty means and how it can affect people in different ways. We created our own Challenge Poverty badges with different designs.
  • For outdoor learning this week, we created leaf rubbings with paper and crayons. We then challenged ourselves to make pictures and designs with our rubbings. We had trees, rainbows, self-portraits, angels and deserts.
  • We wrote about a day in the life of Seafield Primary School and described what we would do throughout the day as a pupil at this school.
  • For world mental health day, we had a brilliant fitness session with a parent helper today. Everyone loved it, even if we were all a little tired.

Green for Growth:

  • In maths, we were learning about circles and how to calculate the circumference, radius and diameter. Some of us found it a little tricky to remember which measurement was which.

Our lead learners this week are Isla and Adam
