Tickled Pink

  • We started to make our outdoor learning presentations for our Heritage Hero awards and enjoyed using Adobe Express to do so.
  • We really enjoyed our first Hub Group session of the year and the responsibility we were given in our roles as Mini Champs.
  • In P.E  we played handball games and used the skills we had been learning.
  • In Maths, we were working our perimeters of shapes and we learned about rectilinear shapes.

Green for Growth

  • We have been working on inference skills to further develop our understanding of texts.
  • We looked at our accuracy statistics when doing activities on Sum Dog and realised we should work on improving the accuracy of our answers and not just the speed.

Lead Learner Update

Our Lead learners this week were Faith and Harvey and they were working on…

  • Use appropriate voices in class
  • Use equipment appropriately
  • Line up sensibly and respectfully

Many of the class were able to achieve these targets.  Our Lead Learners for next week are Kaiden and Archie.

Our blog this week was compiled by Preston.
