Be Your Best

Primary 1 – Friday 20th March

Primary 1 have had an ‘awesome’ week. We were so pleased to be the raffle ticket winners again and got to enjoy some extra playtime out in the sunshine!

Tickled Pink (What went well this week):

  • We have been learning about Spring time and we have learned a song all about it! We have created our own actions to go along with the words of the song. This was so much fun and we love to sing in Primary 1.
  • During outdoor learning this week some of us used our imagination to build a camp fire out of sticks that we found in the playground. We then lay our jackets around so that we could all sit and we pretended to roast some marshmallows on the fire!
  • We have had an anti-bullying focus in HWB and enjoyed creating our own ‘Kindness Monsters’ because ‘Kindness isn’t scary’!

Green for Growth (What we could do better):

  • We are still working on our listening skills when we are on the carpet. We are practising taking turns when we are talking so that we don’t talk over each other.
  • We are continuing to work on our kindness in the class and making sure that no-one is left out.

Well done to Ava and Elliot for being our Star Award winners this week!

Have a good weekend, Miss Robb 🙂
