Friday 13th March Primary 5/6

We had great fun in P5/6 celebrating Science week this week!

Tickled Pink (What went well)

  • We really enjoyed our experiments using coke and mentos – we had to use our prediction, observation and recording skills.
  • We really enjoyed developing our skills at badminton – we were so disappointed when the badminton festival was cancelled because of the bad weather.
  • In maths, we are improving our skills with comparing fractions
  • We loved outdoor learning this week, we had a good time developing our skills outdoors.
  • Some of us had the opportunity to show how responsible we are by helping with younger classes at wet playtime.

Green for Growth (what we need to work on)

  • Following the school values – being responsible for our behaviour, being respectful to others in our class and being kind by using by kind words.
  • Trying our best to finish our work in the time we have been given.

Our values certificate winners this week are, Cade and Jack.

Have a lovely weekend!
