We have had a short week this week after our February break and have enjoyed being back in class with our friends. There has been some good listening and talking this week as children have been keen to share some of the things they have been doing. Some children uploaded pictures and videos to seesaw of  art work they have created and projects they were involved in. It was nice to share these in class.

Tickled Pink

  • We worked together in groups to plan for our class assembly – we were thinking about which meta skills we used while we created a group comic strip. We had to focus, plan, design, work together and listen to each other.
  • We enjoyed creating short drama sketches.
  • We enjoyed putting items into equal groups during maths time, in preparation for our multiplication work.
  • We made array cities and we worked hard on them, all of our buildings look really nice and we are proud of them.

Green for Growth

  • Some of us found our Short Read comprehension tasks a bit tricky but we have ambition and resilience so we will become more confident the more we use it.
  • We need to try harder to keep our jacket area tidy and make sure we hang them on the peg.
  • We need to try and not play in the really muddy parts of the playground because our class  carpet was very muddy this week, some people have been bringing in gym shoes to wear in class.
