Be Your Best

P1 Friday 22nd August

Primary 1 have had a super first full week here at Seafield PS.  They have been introduced to the first set of sounds from our phonics programme called “Jolly Phonics.”  Each sound comes with a story, an action and a song.  You will find all of the songs available on the internet should you wish to practice them at home!  P1 have also taken part in PE lessons with Mrs Robertson and enjoyed being in the hall.

Today we spent time with our P7 buddies and had some P6 helpers with us too.  We showed the buddies the things that we liked to play with in our classroom and had some time in the hall using some of the equipment as well!  In Music, we learned about clapping to the beat and learned Pat A Cake song!

A busy week and some tired P1 pupils (and teachers!)  We hope that everyone has a super weekend!

Miss Robb and Mrs Egan.
