Tickled Pink

• We had fun doing a signs of Spring scavenger hunt for outdoor learning – we enjoyed working with a partner to search the whole playground.
• We made Spring Flowers paintings using forks and cotton buds – this was really fun!
• We done some science experiments during buddy time – all about colours! We done the ‘Walking Rainbow’ and the ‘Skittles’ experiment.. they were really cool!

• We had a visit from P3/4 who had been working very hard to make their own songs/raps about Road Safety… they were amazing and we learned a lot from them!

 

Green for Growth

• Some children found it a bit tricky to roll their own sums for maths – they need to remember that when subtracting we need to start with the bigger number – and be careful with the sign!
• We had fun exploring the Boomwhackers in music – some children found it a bit tricky to play on the beat.
