Primary 6/7 have had a fantastic week with lots of great active learning activities. We discussed our week in school and decided that we would like to share these thoughts about our learning this week:
Tickled Pink (things that we feel went well):
- Our Primary 6 and 7 footballers loved taking part in the third day of the school football league last week, especially because we won the league after a tense play-off final! Well done
- We enjoyed PE with Mrs Robertson because we were playing fun games
- We enjoyed finishing off our response writing task because we were able to choose our topic for this text
- Our Primary 6s have been enjoying working on their choice personal projects
- We all really enjoyed our buddying session and playing games with our buddies
- Some of us enjoyed our Sudoku activity in Maths
Green for Growth (things that we need to do to improve our learning)
- Some of us didn’t enjoy the Sudoku task as much as other did
- Some of us found Debating a little tricky as we tried to complete our speeches
- Some of us found the Bleep Test in PE a bit difficult and tiring
Our lead learners were James, Sophie, Alexis and Preston. They decided on the following three targets for the class; to be responsible while doing jobs in class, to be kind to our buddies and to finish our work without help. They spotted lots of learners in class meeting those targets which is wonderful news. Well done for a wonderful week, P6/7.
