Be Your Best

Primary 3/4 Home Learning, Monday 11th January 2021

Good Morning I hope you all had a relaxing break and are ready for learning in 2021. Happy New Year.

As you know we had a topic on Communication last term and this will continue as we learn about John Logie Baird and his invention of the television and our current situation of using digital technology as a learning platform. We will also have a Scottish focusĀ  this term which will fit in with other classes in the school to make home learning with siblings easier.

In maths we will be looking at real life maths tasks, shape and some data handling.

We will put spelling words and a weekly grid on the blog each Monday for your information and will be using Seesaw as our main learning platform. Children will also be able to use IDL and Education City for additional activities.

There will be additional activities on Seesaw and you can pick and choose which tasks best suit your family situation. We recognise that technology can bring it’s own challenges and we don’t want families feeling stressed so please contact us if you require further support or information.
