Nathan Evans!

We are so grateful to Nathan Evans for visiting us this week. He shared how he began singing and playing guitar from a young age, inspiring us all with his story. Nathan’s music and kindness lit up our hall for the afternoon, reminding us that we are all capable of great things when we put our minds to it. His visit was a wonderful part of our Craigshill Concert, where we proudly ticked off “listening to live music” from our Passport of Experience—a key part of our rich and engaging curriculum at Letham and Riverside Primary. We enjoyed a fantastic question-and-answer session, and each class had the opportunity to have their photo taken with Nathan. One of his lyrics, “There’s magic where the flowers grow,” reminded us all to dream big and believe in ourselves. Thank you, Nathan, for a truly unforgettable experience!

We love the Library!

As part of ‘Our Local World’  topic, some P2-4 classes visited the library this week.We met Sarana, who told us all about what the library offers for our community and clubs/activities we can access. We were lucky to get a class library card and take away a book each to enjoy reading in school. Thank you Sarana, we can’t wait to come back soon!

Craigshill Campers- Week One!

Our first group of Primary 6 children had a brilliant day/night camping. We took part in some pond dipping and a scavenger hunt before arriving at the campsite. Then successfully built our tents, played some games and overall had a ball! An experience we’ll never forget.
