P3/2 have had a super first week getting to know each other and working together in class. We have particularly enjoyed painting in the style of picasso, learning a new game ‘Timebomb’ and writing all about ourselves.
We are going to be working really hard next week getting into our Numeracy and Early Intervention groups and look forward to keeping you up-to-date with our work! π

A Great First Week in P2
This week we have been:
- Making new friends
- Playing games to get to know each other
- We used an apple tree to add and subtract
P6’s First Week Back
P6 have had a great summer holiday and have enjoyed their first week back.
We enjoyed building some diorama’s, making personal profiles and writing targets for our first term.
We have had lots of fun with Miss Moir π
We are now looking forward too settling in properly to our new routine and cant wait for our year to officially start!!

Fantastic First Week in Primary 5/4
Hello everyone. We have had a great time with our new teachers Mrs Millar & Mr Richards as well as meeting our new classmates. Here are some of the other things we have done this week:
* Mental Maths Test
* Spelling and writing about our summer holidays
* We learned some French and even did the register in French all week
* Art – we made bunting for the class and decorated our learning log folders.
* We played maths games like Buzz and Killer 12 and spelling games like Hangman and Hangmouse
* We also learned about “Marshmallow Toes” and know how to walk safely and sensibly along the corridors in school!

Fitness Fortnight
FITNESS FORTNIGHT INFORMATION
Dear Parent/ Guardian
The final two weeks of term will be fitness fortnight (16th β 27th June). Β During this two week period your child will be participating in a variety of health, fitness and sporting events.
During fitness fortnight you child will not be required to wear uniform apart from a few specific days.Β In these two weeks they may wear sports clothing suitable for indoor and outdoor activities (No football strips).
Uniform Days:
Fri 20th June β Church Service
Fri 27th June β P7 Leaving Assembly.
Children should bring normal P.E. kit on these days as fitness activities will still continue.
