This week we have been practicing for our Christmas concert and the children have been doing very well to remember the songs. We hope everyone enjoys their performance tomorrow. In the nursery there have been cars in the bricks area and airplanes in the lego. The children listened to the story of “Stickman” by Julia Donaldson and there has been a story table with a “Stickman” puppet and story stones for the children to create their own stories. As well as practicing their songs for the concert they have been learning Christmas party songs and dances. Our French advent calendar on the smartboard has been very popular with the children again this week.

Next week we will be putting up the Christmas trees in the morning and afternoon and Christmas will begin in the nursery with festive decorations.
