As part of Primary 7/6’s “Make It Grow” enterprise initiative, we have decided to hold a “Neon Disco” on Wednesday afternoon on 9th NOVEMBER in the gym hall. The first session of 45/50 minutes will be for primary’s 1-3 and the second session will be for primary’s 4-7. The children should come dressed down in brightly coloured clothing for the day and bring along £1 for the event.
We will also be selling glow bands for 30p and these will be available on the day (Primary 7/6 will come around the classes to ensure everyone gets an opportunity to buy these!).
The background to this event is we have been working with DJ Paul N’Jie who has a longstanding reputation for being Scotland’s “ambassador for Urban Music”. He has shared his expertise with us and taught us some of the skills needed to become a highly sought after DJ and we are keen to share our learning experiences with the rest of the school.
Many thanks for your continued support and remember to WEAR SOMETHING BRIGHT!
