Fox’s catastrophe becomes a learning experience!

Fox lives in the Treehouse. (Amy P3)

Fox went out to Broxburn to go shopping. (Sophie P2)

Fox got knocked over because he wasn’t looking when he was crossing the road. (Kiera P3)

Oh dear poor Fox really got really hurt! Thanks to P2’s vet area he got fixed up in no time. (Miss Harvey)

Fox sent us a letter saying he is worried about us getting run over. (Jay S P2)

We thought it was a good idea to do road safety. (Chantelle P3)

We went out with Miss Harvey, Mrs Paul and Miss Duncan to do a traffic trail. (Oliwia P3)

We learned to cross the road safely by doing these things.

1. THINK

2. STOP

3. Look and listen and look left and right for cars.

4. If it’s safe cross the round walk slowly so you don’t trip over. (Jay R P2)

The Squirrels followed the traffic trail around school and learned how to cross the road safely. (Miss Harvey)

We are going to put signs out near the busy road to help everyone to cross the road safely. (Ellie P2)
