Our Trip to the Five Sisters Zoo

On Thursday 25th February we went on a bus to the Five Sisters Zoo.  We saw lots of animals. There was Lynx, fennec foxes, bat-eared foxes, bears, lions, arctic wolves, goats, rabbits and lots of others. We played at the park when it was break time. We had question time with Tom who was one of the keepers. We asked lots of good questions. We planted seeds that will grow into plants that bees and butterflies will go to. After lunch we had an session of animal handling. We got to hold a snake, a leopard geko and a mouse.

Here are some of our favourite parts:

“Seeing the lynx” – Boyd

Question time with the keeper” – Blanka

“Seeing the fennec foxes” – Lewis

“Seeing the alligators” – Sarah and Jack

“Seeing the crocodiles” – Cristian

“Seeing the arctic wolves” – Grace B

“Holding the snake” – Holly P

It was a super trip. We would definitely recommend a visit to the zoo because there are lots of animals there and lots of things to do.
