Primary 2 finished their mini topic about music last week. The children pieced some melodies together to make a song about winter. Each table group did their own unique song. I am working on a way to get these up either on the blog or Class Dojo so you can hear their compositions. Lovely teamwork by all!

Our class had a great time dressing up for World Book Day! I was very pleased to see all the effort that went into each costume, and everyone brought in a book to share as well. The children also wrote book reviews about their favourite books. It’s good to see the children so enthusiastic about their reading! There should be pictures going up on the blog soon.

I am very pleased with how enthusiastic the children have been about maths as well! They have all been working very hard at multiplication and division. Over the next few weeks, we will be looking at a new maths focus and a new topic… but I’ll say more about that in our next blog at the end of this week!
