A very busy week in P7

This week we have had a very busy time doing lots of different activities. We visited Broxburn Academy to watch the pantomime Aladdin. Some of us loved joining in with the audience participation and some of us were watching for ideas for our own performances.

In maths we have started looking at the size of angles and relating this to points on a compass. Next week we are going to be learning how to measure and draw our own angles. We had lots of fun with P7/6 on the MUGA consolidating our learning of shape, position and movement. We had to create different angles and shapes using our bodies and working as a team – photos will follow soon!

We also learned about the differences between homophones and homonyms. We had to work in pairs to think of as many as we could.
