The Articles we will look at are:
Article 4 – Making rights real
Governments must do all they can to make sure that every child in their countries can enjoy all the rights in this Convention.
Article 41 – Best law for children applies
If the laws of a country protect children’s rights better than this Convention, then those laws should be used.
