The school’s gardening gang had their first outing of 2019 on Friday, with P1 and P3 planting snowdrops. These snowdrops came from the verge on the road leading out of Linlithgow towards the motorway where they weren’t surviving very well – many thanks to Kirsty from Burgh Beautiful for suggesting we could make a better home for them at St Joe’s and for helping to dig them up for us. P1 planted them around the infant playground, and P3 around the rest of the school grounds. They chose some very interesting spots! Many thanks to Henry’s mum for coming along to help!
