What a whirlwind week.

This week has been an unusually short week, we all enjoyed some fantastic weather whilst being off.

This week P5 have been busy learning about

  • Life during the 1970’s in particular toys, television shows, walkmans, music and films.
  • Powerful persuasive writing. We wrote a persuasive letter to the rangers at the Loch of the Lowes pleading with them not to close down the web site that we have been looking at daily.
  • May Procession, we began our week with a lovely assembly during which we brought flowers and art work to the front of the hall.
  • The whole school went to Mass on Thursday for the Ascension Mass.
  • We had a visit from the Deacons Court where we learnt more about the Linlithgow marches and took part in a quiz to check what we had heard.
  • All of us who applied to become a CHUM found out that we had been successful and will be starting this by the end of term.
  • We have new class pets which arrived on Thursday, we have a bowl of Tadpoles which we are busy naming.

We are looking forward to next week to see what fun and exciting learning we have on offer.
