Good Morning Primary 7,
Here is everything you need for the week beginning the 1st of June. Please read over the learning grid to begin with and all resources needed will be posted both here and on Teams. This weeks numeracy and literacy tasks are carried on as you were given two weeks to complete these.
Unfortunately this week would have been our residential camp week so we are going to try our best to bring camp to you! We have included many activities you may wish to try out on a separate grid. Keep your eyes peeled for more camp activities coming to you next week!
One of your assignments this week is to complete a small powerpoint ‘leavers’ slide. This must be returned through assignments on Teams. If you are unable to do this please get in touch and we will arrange another method of sending this with you.
Thank you!!
Mrs Ross and Miss McKean

Hello boys and girls!
We thought you might like to keep fit by doing your exercises in the sunshine and learning your spelling!
*Spell out your full name and complete the activity listed for each letter.Β For a greater challenge include your middle name and do each one twice!
*For variety you can use a favourite character’s name or a family member/pets name!
Good luck and enjoy the sunshine!

It’s KG’s birthday today.πΌπΌπΌ
π΅”Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear K, Happy Birthday to you”π΅
I hope you have a lovely day. Are you having a birthday cake?ππ°π§
I know you like pandas, so here’s an interesting fact: pandas are born pink because they don’t have any fur! Their black and white fur comes in when they are about 3 weeks old.
Maybe you could look at the live panda webcams on the Edinburgh Zoo website as a birthday treat. I think Mrs Matthews mentioned them a few weeks ago. When I had a peek, the panda is eating bamboo shoots but at the very top of the screen, so you don’t see much of him.πΌπΏ
Please say Happy Birthday to your brother from me too. I hope he has a lovely day too.ππ
if you have a story πyou want read for your birthday, please let me know and I’ll try my best.
Take care,
Mrs Duffπ

Hello Primary 2! Happy Wednesdayπ!
I thought I would put up a weeΒ video explaining the Higher or Lower game on the Maths Grid. ππ The timing of my voice is a little out but if you drag the time bar at the bottom of the video along a little bit, it seems to sort itself out!π
EA in P2D put a set of dominoes from highest to lowest, counting the number of dots, and ended up with a symmetrical pattern. It was fantastic. If you have some dominoes, give it a go.π
Have a lovely day. It’s beautiful outside again! πYou could try some of Mrs Meek’s fantastic ideas on her National Children’s Gardening Week post.ππ¦π¦πππ¦π
