Carmondean Harvest Festival 2025

Tesco stronger voting took place at the Highland show June 2024.

We received a whopping £1,000 grant towards our poly tunnel. The grant had taken place from September 2024 – September 2025 and was used to plant 2 large planters, a hose, a water butt, compost, seeds, gloves and a potting table.

  • All of our class Classes and lots of groups have been involved in the project with the Eco Committee. The Eco Warriors have brilliantly led the project.
  • Many things were planted including rhubarb, radishes, potatoes, lettuce, pumpkins, tomatoes, courgettes.
  • The project encouraged us to see where our food comes from, team work and working with mixed ages across the school.
