A good qualification in mathematics is seen as one of the most valuable to employers, training providers, colleges and universities.
At Armadale Academy, young people will learn all about mathematics, its place and history in the world, and its everyday implications in real-life, such as in finance, science, technologies, engineering and medicine.
The Mathematics department regularly works with all other departments in school to promote numeracy, skills that young people will use in other subjects as well as highlight enjoyment in our subject and show off the wonders of numbers!
