The children are exploring different textures and consistencies in the sensory area this week using a variety of items relating to our harvest theme. They will be using flour, spaghetti, barley and lentils. The focus of learning is on the different words they can use to describe the look and feel of the different products.

We hope you all enjoyed the summer break and had the chance to make the most of the great weather we had. Welcome to all our new families – we look forward to working with you over the coming session.

Monsieur McAvoy has been visitng the nursery on a Thursday afternoon and Friday morning to lead our french sessions. The children have had fun learning about colours and numbers.
