Advice regarding use of Live.ly and Musical.ly streaming apps
Following on from a number of incidents involving children from across the UK, we would like to raise awareness of the above apps and share the following information with parents:
1. The terms and conditions state all users must be at least 13 years of age.
2. Users may be exposed to adult content
3. Live streaming is not fully private even when privacy settings are set to on.
4. Users are able to search for other users close to their location.

Primary 1/2 have been busy looking at photographs of Edinburgh and New York to see the differences and similarities. They made a mind map before writing about the two cities as well as completing illustrations.
P6/7 worked in small groups to create a presentation on different energy sources. They used ICT and books from the school library. The aim was to organise and communicate the information clearly when presenting to the class and use our best listening and talking skills. Well done Primary 6/7!
In class we planted radish leaves for an experiment to look at how plants grow. We put them in different places in the class to see the difference the environment would make. We used our maths knowledge to create a table to record our findings and to measure the correct amount of water.
