Good afternoon everyone 🙂
Just a little reminder that the new Home Learning Grid was posted last Wednesday by Mrs Docherty. You can choose what activities to do and when from the grid. Here is the link to Oxford Owl eBooks which has a lot of choice of books to read, parents/carers can sign up for free:

On the Tate Paint website you can create your own masterpiece! Can you create a colourful picture? Explore all the tools available to you. Perhaps it will inspire you to paint a picture using paper and paints if you have any at home?

French
Watch this clip where you will learn more about life in France. Can you help Barnaby Bear identify what the different shops sell? You will have to be quick!

In your blue jotter, write down the French shops listed below and draw a picture to show what each shop sells.
- Salon de The
- Boucherie
- Boulangerie
- Poisson
- La Poste
- Pharmacie
Au revoir!
Madame Harding 🙂
It would help if I had put the link for Tate Paint – apologies everyone! I have added it in now 😉
R loved the Tate Paint task. She drew a lovely picture of Arianna Grande as Sam from her favourite programme Sam and Kat. She send it off to the gallery and also looked through the gallery at all the different pictures drawn my lots of other children.
R also watched the bitesize video of Barnaby Bear in France. She wrote down the names of the shops in both French and English in her jotter and drew a small picture next to each to show what they sell. Her drawings included ☕🍖🍞🐟✉️💊
We are now going to go to our local park and R is going to try and go her bike without stabilers a little more.
PS we both loved the video that was uploaded. Hope you are all doing well and staying safe. R misses everyone at Polkemmet Primary
Fantastic!
Good luck with your cycling. That is a big life skill being learned. Well done!
