Literacy
I would like you to write a story using Roll a Story to help you plan the characters, setting, emotions, props and problem. When writing your story please remember to use capital letters and full stops. I would like you to use adjectives to describe the characters and setting. Once you have written your story please read it over. It would lovely to read your stories, you can send them to the class email.

R enjoyed cosmic yoga today as it involved the story The Twits and she loves all of Road Dahl’s stories.
For the literacy task, R rolled the dice and ended up with the following – witch, castle, shocked, candy and strange noise. She wrote a story all about a witch you after hearing a strange noise in the castle where she lived, discovered a new room made of candy.
She used adjectives to describe the character and setting.

I remember my teacher reading us the story The Twits when I was in Primary 3, it is one of my favourites. It was my daughter that suggested I used it as she really enjoyed doing it. I look forward to reading your story.
