During Messy Babies we explored texture and colour. The activity was floor based, using paint and corn flakes on a large mat. This experience offered babies the opportunity to feel the textures of the paint and corn flakes. The babies could hear the noises created by the crushing of corn flakes and squelching paint. Why not create a smaller version of this activity at home? This type of messy play can be enjoyed by all the family!!!
