We are learning about lifecycles. We have been making frogs with the play dough and have been making caterpillars. We have made frog puppets where we were learning how to use scissors. The children have also been listening to and enjoying the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. We are very excited as our caterpillars have arrived and we are going to closely monitor them as they grow and turn into butterflies.
Our nursery and the primary school raised a great £300.00 to donate to the rebuilding of the reptile house at the zoo. Well done everyone and thankyou very much for your kind donations.
