P6/P7’s got Bikeability. We were taken out on our bikes to The Mollands in Callander. We learned all about cycling safely and how to take care of our bikes.

When we were at McLaren the Sport leaders from S3, S4 and S6 would take us to do sporting activities. This was a great opportunity for the pupils of McLaren and for us.

P6/P7’s got the opportunity to take part in A cross country race at the Queen Victoria School in Dunblane. The course was a mile long. Two of our pupils were in the top 20 runners and were invited along to the final at Bannockburn.

There was Gymnastic competition and four girls entered as the Strathyre Rainbows. They practiced and practiced their routine several times a week and their hard word and dedication to their team and school got them 3rd place in the competition.
