Rigside Primary first started its Eco School Scotland work in August 2009. Since then, the school have successfully taken forward Eco initiatives gaining a Bronze Eco Award in February 2010, a silver Eco Award in March 2010 and gaining Green flag status in June 2011. We have recently applied to renew our Green Flag, so we will be working hard throughout this year to ensure we are successful!
We have two Eco Schools notice boards in the school. Keep an eye for these and all the hard work the Eco Committee will be doing throughout the year!
