Easter and Spring Activities and Sensory processing booklet

As the Easter holidays begin we hope that all of our families are safe and well and enjoy the Easter Break in the best way possible. We have added an Easter Activities page  for families with ideas of things to do and are struggling for ideas, we will also continue to retweet ideas on our twitter page which can be found at Murray Primary Twitter page, this can also be access through the school app.

We have also added a very useful  Sensory Processing booklet , this may be especially helpful for parents of pupils in our additional support needs classes. This document can be accessed by clicking onto the link above  or you ca find it in our general school closure information page and in the class pages for rooms 3,6 and 9.

Take care everyone, stay in and stay safe and we hope to see you all soon.

Free School Meals

From Friday 3rd April, Paypoint vouchers will be sent directly to parents/carer via their mobile phone for those families entitled to free school meals. Entitlement will be from the assessment used to provide free schools meals, which is benefits based. This means that universal provision of free school meals for primaries 1 to 3 will cease. This overall scheme will benefit approximately 8,800 children per week and targets those in greatest need.

Therefore the last day of the ‘Take and Go’ lunch bags will cease after Friday 3rd April.
Only children attending the Hubs for emergency childcare purposes will still receive a meal.
