2. Hi Miss Laidlaw, I’m glad it is the Summer holidays even although we are not getting on holiday this year, but I’m glad home schooling has finished!
   I really liked having you as a teacher, you are very kind and whenever someone needed help you were there. I feel you helped me learn so much in p2 and I will miss having you as my teacher.
   I’m looking forward to seeing you and all my friends again in August.

   Thank you so much for all the great ideas you have posted! I have tried most of them. I have worked very hard on my spelling, writing and maths and read everyday! I have been working on a project learning about all the states if the USA and I have nearly finished all of them.

   Daddy dad sports day with us this week and my little Brother joined in too!

   I miss you and all my friends, I got to see my Nana after a long break this week and I cried I was so happy.

   I did the multiplication tasks on the blog and I’ve been reading lots of books. I went to visit my friends in their garden it was great!! I’ve been out on my bike and I’ve been playing with my brother in the back garden.

6. Hi Miss Laidlaw, I have been busy over the last couple of weeks on Study Ladder which I really like and enjoy earning coins to decorate my bedroom! I was able to visit my cousin Georgia for her birthday this week and able to play for a little while in her garden which was super fun! I’m excited for the summer holidays and super excited as I am getting a puppy next week. I wish I was in school to tell my friends all about him! I’ve enjoyed being in P2 and meeting lots of new friends and having you as my teacher! I hope everyone has a great summer holiday and I will see you all in P3! Lots of love Harris xxx

7. Hi Miss Laidlaw, I hope you are doing well.

   I have had fun this week doing the Sports Week challenges with my brother and my mum.

   I got a new watch for my birthday and I have been using it a lot this week. It is so clever – it can take pictures and can count the number of steps that I take, as well as telling the time.

   I hope you have a lovely summer holiday. I’ll miss you.

8. Hi Miss Laidlaw I’ll miss you and I don’t want to leave p2.

   In p2 I really liked making new friends, learning new things and I will miss your classroom as I liked it because I could see the trains going past.

   I can’t wait to get back to school in August to see all my friends again.
